We are excited to announce that Vermont Woods Studios woodworking artisan, Daniel Omondi Odhuno was selected Friday (October 27, 2006) as winner of the award for Best in Show for a traditional furniture piece at the 11th Annual Providence Fine Furnishings Show.  This is a tremendous accomplishment in a show that drew approximately 200 of the nation’s most skilled and renowned furniture makers whose individual pieces ranged in price up to $55,000.  Daniel’s entry can be viewed at the Bob Rueter Woodworking Gallery, 154 Elliot Street, Brattleboro this Friday, November 3rd from 6-8pm during Gallery Walk or online.  To meet Daniel and visit his studio, please arrange an appointment by calling 888-390-5571.
